Awesome romantic getaway
We had a fantastic stay! The staff was super friendly, especially the guy at the front desk. We got an upgraded room, which was a nice surprise. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and my husband loved the attentive service. The only thing was the outdoor parking. it could be a bit inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch!

Convenient location near Galleria Mall. Enjoyed the spacious room and nice decor. Staff were friendly and responsive. Elevators were frustrating, often crowded and slow. Also, no bike rentals available during my visit.

We loved the spacious Junior Suite, which was perfect for our family. The location was fantastic, right across from the mall, and we enjoyed some fun activities nearby like hiking and biking. The decor was modern and inviting, making our stay very comfortable.
My kids wished the hotel had more kid-friendly amenities like a dedicated play area. It would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our family enjoyed the spacious Junior Suite, perfect for unwinding after our travels. The staff provided quick check-in service, but noise from the hallway was disruptive at night. Try the on-site restaurant for great breakfast options. Consider asking for a room away from elevator traffic for a quieter experience.

That guava jam at breakfast was a game-changer—total culinary magic! Plus, the staff was genuinely caring, making my daughter’s birthday super special. Can't forget the cozy vibes of the bar/lounge area where I kicked back after dinner.
However, the noise from that mechanical racket had me tossing and turning, and the bathroom might as well have been a water park—could really use a solid redesign.

Convenient location but several issues with stay
I enjoyed the easy access to major shopping centers and the spaciousness of my room, making for a comfortable visit. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. there were hairs on the bed and the bathroom could use a proper deep clean. Also, the parking situation was frustrating as there seemed to be limited options available.

My stay here was for a family trip, and overall, we had a good experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, but I did notice the carpet could use a thorough cleaning. The location was decent and close to some fun attractions. However, the check-in process could be improved with more staff available during peak times, and breakfast was hit or miss depending on the day.

This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need, including a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with evening plans during my first stay, which I remember fondly. I recommend trying the bar/lounge area for a relaxing evening. I'm definitely coming back for a romantic escape.

I spent two nights in a Junior Suite and found the staff were attentive and responsive. When I faced issues with noise from an event, they made an effort to help. I appreciated the comforting atmosphere that reminded me of home in New York. It's nice to feel valued as a guest.
There was a lot of noise from guests in the hall during my stay, which made it difficult to sleep. The elevator situation was also frustrating, as I often waited for long periods.
